Refund & Returns Policy

At VARELI, we want you to be happy with your order.

Contact us first

Before returning an item, please contact us at cyberhive65@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for your return. We will give you the correct return instructions and return address.

Your right to cancel

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.

To cancel, email us at cyberhive65@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You then have 14 days from telling us to return the item.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags and packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that you have sent it back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will include the price paid for the item and the standard delivery cost, where required by law. We will refund you using the original payment method.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at cyberhive65@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or return instructions. This does not affect your legal rights.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
